Jackie Realty Group está comprometida con ofrecer un sitio web accesible y fácil de usar para todas las personas que lo visitan, incluyendo a personas con impedimentos. We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website, and we strive to follow applicable accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Striving to follow those guidelines is not the same as certifying that we meet them. We would rather tell you where things actually stand, list what we know is missing, and give you a direct way to report any barrier.
2.Lo que ya está implementado
El sitio incluye hoy:
- un enlace para saltar directamente al contenido principal;
- navegación por teclado en los menús, filtros, formularios y el asistente de chat;
- un indicador de foco visible en enlaces, botones y campos;
- etiquetas asociadas a cada campo del formulario y mensajes de error anunciados a los lectores de pantalla;
- texto alternativo en las imágenes que comunican información, y ocultamiento de las imágenes decorativas;
- una jerarquía de encabezados por página;
- contraste de color evaluado para el texto sobre los fondos de vino, papel y dorado de la marca;
- respeto a la preferencia del sistema de movimiento reducido: las animaciones se desactivan;
- diseño adaptable a pantallas de escritorio, tableta y teléfono, y texto que se puede ampliar;
- el sitio completo en español e inglés, con el idioma marcado en el documento.
The site currently includes:
- a link to skip straight to the main content;
- keyboard navigation across menus, filters, forms, and the chat assistant;
- a visible focus indicator on links, buttons, and fields;
- labels associated with every form field, and error messages announced to screen readers;
- alternative text on images that carry information, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology;
- a heading hierarchy on each page;
- color contrast evaluated for text on the brand's wine, paper, and gold backgrounds;
- respect for the system reduced motion preference: animations are turned off;
- a layout that adapts to desktop, tablet, and phone, and text that can be enlarged;
- the whole site in Spanish and English, with the language marked in the document.
3.Limitaciones conocidas
Somos francos sobre lo que falta:
- no se ha realizado una auditoría de accesibilidad formal e independiente del sitio;
- el mapa de cobertura es una imagen con marcadores interactivos; la misma información de propiedades por municipio está disponible en forma de texto en los resultados de búsqueda, pero el mapa en sí no es la mejor experiencia con lector de pantalla;
- algunas fotografías de propiedades pueden tener texto alternativo genérico mientras completamos las descripciones;
- el asistente del sitio funciona solo con botones; si prefieres, la misma información está en las páginas del sitio y por teléfono.

We are candid about what is missing:
- no formal, independent accessibility audit of the site has been carried out;
- the coverage map is an image with interactive markers; the same per-municipality property information is available as text in the search results, but the map itself is not the best screen reader experience;
- some property photographs may carry generic alternative text while we finish writing descriptions;
- the site assistant works by buttons only; if you prefer, the same information is available on the site pages and by phone.
If any of these prevents you from getting the information you are after, call us and we will give it to you directly.
